Refund policy


We allow cancellation of orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. The refund amount shall be processed towards chosen payment mode by the User.

In the event of product unavailability, Users shall be informed of the same within three (3) calendar days of placing the order and the refund amount  shall be processed towards chosen payment mode by the User.


Returns may be accepted by the Company/Website if Users receive item(s) that are not the same as the description provided by the Business User on the Website or if the products are damaged or packaging has been tampered.

For Standard Returns as well as returns due to damage/package tampering, the return process shall have to go through the ‘approval process’ and the time window for initiation of return by Users shall have to be within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of order.

Process for Returns

A return/exchange request should be raised via user’s account, specifying a reason for return. After evaluating the return reason, we can either reject or accept the return. For products received in damaged condition or tampered packaging, Users are required to retain all original packaging and take photographs for proof of delivery condition that shall have to be shared with Us.

Items to be returned must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way and all such items must mandatorily have their original warranty documents as received by the User. Any item that has been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the User.

For returns that are approved by Us, We shall offer reverse pick-up wherever the facility is available through our shipping partner. If the location is not serviced, Users shall be required to self-ship the return products. We shall credit the return-shipping costs, as declared by Users, with the refund amount. Self-shipping shall require Users to share a scanned copy of the courier bill or receipt via the Returns section available in My Orders, that shall satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

  • It should capture the weight of the return package.
  • It should mention the origin address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details.
  • It should not contain any edited or over-written information and must appear to be genuine.

When Users are eligible for returns, and once We accept the ‘return-goods’, the refund shall be processed in 10 working days, initiated into the chosen mode of payment.

Exchange or Replacement

There shall be no option for exchange of products or replacement of products by Users. However, Users can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order or initiate a return request and place a new order for the desired product.

The Company/Website reserves the right to evaluate each case on its own, at its discretion.
