A1. No, there is no additional fee for Our Better Planet online e-gift card

A2. Yes, you can buy any product with the online e-gift card.

Q3. What are the benefits of eGift cards?

A3. eGift cards can be seen in some cases as a more sustainable option than printed gift cards as they do not need to be printed for a single use. You can also send eGift cards over long distances using electronic communication while physical gift cards need to be delivered in person.

Q4. Can e-gift cards be converted to cash?

A4. While our eco-friendly e-gift cards are as good as cash in our store, we cannot convert them back to cash for you.A gift card can be used to buy items from our e-store and that alone.

Q5. Can I use the sustainable e-gift card for both online and in-store purchases?

At the moment, Our Better Planet is operating entirely through our e-commerce website and flea markets for our Conscious Souk program. Hence you cannot credit your eco-friendly e-gift card at our store, because we do not have one! You can however, use it to shop sustainably on our eco-friendly and ethical e-commerce online store.
