Shipping policy
The Website offers delivery options for its products through its delivery partners.
Delivery of products on the Website shall be chargeable as an additional delivery fee that shall be calculated at the time of checkout. The Website reserves its right to alter the charges for the delivery options at any time, without prior intimation to the Users.
Shipping AddressShipping address is to be provided by the Users at the time of placing the order or selected as per default delivery address of User account. User can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of Website/M-site.
Shipment delivery estimatesAt the time of checking out, the Users shall be informed about the expected delivery time based on the product selected and the pin code of delivery as specified by the User.
Depending on the product and delivery location the delivery time may very between 8 days to 20 days.
Deliveries are either carried out by our delivery partners. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, your order may take longer to be delivered. If Your order is expected to be delayed, one of our logistics and operations executives shall get in touch with You to provide an accurate timeline for delivery of Your order.
Shipment Confirmation and Order TrackingYou will receive messages and push notifications and will be able to track your orders through the same.
