All our candles are hand-poured, so minimal imperfections such as frosting and unevennesses on surfaces can occur. It will not affect the burning performance and is an aesthetical issue only! If you decide to light them, please cut the wick down to 5mm and put them on coasters.
Returns are accepted by the company if the items received are not as described or if they are damaged.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and if accepted, the refund will be processed in 10 working days and will be returned to the original mode of payment.
