Handwoven and plant dyed in deep red, this Kunbi weave from Goa gets a spark with its swan white Khes weave triangular pockets from Punjab. It is interesting to note that the deep red colour is extremely rare to be achieved using plant based dyes, however the art of Kunbi weaving has it preserved since hundreds of years. Using coarse threads, and their signature patterns, yet making a breathable fabric is the specialty of the Khes weave.
