Bihart Hand Woven Cotton Sujani Belt

Rs. 1,064.00

The simple-looking thread embroidery has the most interesting history and is more complicated than it appears to be.
The origination of Sujani craft was for two reasons. One, to stitch up old pieces of soft cotton dhoti and saree to wrap in a new born, and two, to depict stories and messages on bed covers by the Rajput women who had no other means of communication with their parents’ house.
