Care Instructions: - Wash Tencel in cold water (below 30°C or 86°F). - Use a mild detergent. - Wash Tencel items separately from other laundry to prevent pilling or snagging. - Avoid using fabric softener. - Tumble dry Tencel items on a low heat setting or air dry them. - Remove Tencel items from the dryer while they are still slightly damp to prevent wrinkles. - Iron Tencel items while they are still slightly damp to prevent wrinkles.
Returns are accepted by the company if the items received are not as described or if they are damaged.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and if accepted, the refund will be processed in 10 working days and will be returned to the original mode of payment.
