Our Better Planet offers reliable delivery options through trusted delivery partners across India.
A small delivery fee will be applied at checkout, based on your location and order size.
We reserve the right to update our shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

 

Shipping Address

Please provide your complete shipping address at the time of placing your order.
You can also select your default delivery address saved in your account.
If you wish to modify your shipping address, you may do so before your order is processed (packed) by selecting the “Change Address” option under the “My Orders” section on our website or mobile site.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery timeline based on your location and the product selected.
Depending on the item and your delivery address, orders are typically delivered within 8 to 20 days.

Please note that handcrafted or made-to-order products may take longer to be delivered, as they require additional time and care in production.
During peak seasons or high order volumes, deliveries may also take slightly longer.
If your order is delayed, our logistics team will contact you with an updated delivery timeline.

 

Order Tracking and Shipment Updates

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive updates and notifications via SMS or email.
You can easily track your order status through your account dashboard or the tracking link provided in your confirmation message.
