Our pieces are all pre-seasoned. We are letting you know the home-seasoning part. *Wash the received cookware with a mild dishwash bar/liquid & a gentle scrubber. Dry wipe it completely. Apply a generous coat of edible oil to the surface, sides, rim, handle & back of the piece. Keep it on low-medium flame & let it heat for few minutes. Once done, wipe the excess oil with a kitchen towel and keep it aside for the first/next use.

Returns are accepted by the company if the items received are not as described or if they are damaged.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and if accepted, the refund will be processed in 10 working days and will be returned to the original mode of payment.
