Raw Kangra Forest Honey
Mellow and invigorating, Kangra honey is a taste of the foothills of the Dhauladhars in all their glory. It is like going on your first solo trip to the Himalaya and seeing a whole new world for the first time.
Harvested in the month of March-April, at altitudes of around 2,400 feet in the wilds of the Kangra Valley, this bright coloured honey is a medley of several flowering trees, herbs, and berries that dominate the landscape of this region.

This mild honey is a great sweetner for almost anything given its neutral taste. Like all raw honey, it is best not to add to very hot beverages in order to maintain all its health benefits.
