How It's Made

It is processed in a facility that is gluten-free, dairy-free and soya-free. Each batch is tested in a laboratory to confirm that the gluten presence is less than 20 ppm (making it suitable for people with gluten allergy / intolerance).

It can be used just like a normal atta, for making chapatis, parathas and poories, and can also be used for gluten-free baking. Brown Rice, Jowar, Quinoa, Foxtail Millet, Tapioca, Psyllium Husk, Amaranth.
Care Instruction

• Refrigerate on opening • Consume within 60 days of opening • Store in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight & heat • Oil separation is a natural process - do NOT discard the oil. Stir it in thoroughly before use
