This traditional gooseberry recipe exclusively employs hand-picked, sun-ripened Amla (also known as Amalaki) as its primary ingredient. The Amla fruit is renowned for its exceptional antioxidant properties, as well as its rich vitamin C content, fiber, and other essential minerals. Raw Honey, another superfood with numerous health benefits, is combined with the Amla fruit.  Forest Raw Honey is packed with essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and live enzymes, including Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and B complex, which work together to keep you healthy and energized. This darker-colored honey boasts a natural aroma and enticing flavor. To preserve as much of its goodness as possible, the Amla fruit is slowly cooked in kettles.
