Store your jewellery in a dry pouch or box, preferably the fabric potli provided.

Keep away from sharp objects that may scratch the wood or pull the fabric.
Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods to prevent colour fading.
Always remove jewellery before sleeping, bathing, or exercise.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a complete unboxing video. We will assist you promptly.
Returns are accepted by the company if the items received are not as described or if they are damaged.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and if accepted, the refund will be processed in 10 working days and will be returned to the original mode of payment.
