Raw Acacia Honey

Acacia reminds you of Flintstones and sparkling embers in the fireplace of a Royal Court. This is what would drive us to bare our chest and expose our ribs when a volcano erupts.
Harvested in the months of July - August, at an altitude of 5200 feet in the western Himalayan valleys of Kashmir, Acacia is a bright, pale honey with a summery flavour, and a refreshing hint of citrus.
Acacia is all about Strength.
This refreshingly light honey lends itself brilliantly to fresh summery cocktails and beverages, and makes for a delightful addition to crunchy salads as a dressing.
