Harvested in the months of March - April, at an altitude of 2700 feet in the foothills of the Shivaliks, this honey is lush with the richness of nectar from flowering Litchi trees, and has a brilliant golden glaze.

It crystallises in colder temperatures, making you wish you had blisters on your tongue, and could kick up a tropical storm when used in your beverages. This luscious monofloral honey has the delicate taste of the litchi fruit, and is an excellent sweetner for ice teas, and light summer salads.
