Suggested Usage for Massaging: Apply oil all over the body including head. To get relaxed, massaging the ears and neck is very important. Gently press the temple region of the face with fingers along with the oil for 2 minutes. Perform a smooth massage over the forehead, sides of the mouth and chin. Ensure that the oil doesn’t enter the eyes. With the oil applied over the head, insert the fingers of one hand between the hair on the front part of the head and hold it tight. While holding, repeat this using other hand for the back part of the head in the upward direction. Gently apply pressure using hands over the complete head for 10 seconds and release. Repeat this at regular intervals until the head feels relaxed. With the oil applied all over the body, close the eyes and gently rotate the head 5 times in the clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. After the head region, massage the oil over both the hands, shoulders, back, chest and abdomen. Finally massaging is to be done for the hips, legs and particularly, the feet. After complete body massaging, rest and allow the oil to penetrate the skin for 1 hr. Take bath in hot water using herbal hair and body wash.
