Quinoa can be used a healthier replacement to rice – it has 2X the amount of fiber compared to White Rice & 4X the amount of iron compared to Brown Rice. It can also be used to make porridge / dalia / upma

• Refrigerate on opening • Consume within 60 days of opening • Store in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight & heat • Oil separation is a natural process - do NOT discard the oil. Stir it in thoroughly before use
