With the intention of raising awareness about the declining marine ecosystem and the threat to these astounding marine species, we collaborated with the traditional Indian Patchitra artisan Rupsona Chitrakar to create this wonderful series of notebooks.

A6 Notebooks - 14.7 x 10.4 cm EkiBeki is a hybrid social enterprise that works to preserve the rich craft heritage of India and promote traditional arts and crafts in contemporary forms. Our products are handcrafted by talented artisans living in small remote villages of India.
The vision is to revive the folk arts and crafts of India and help generate sustainable livelihoods for artisans with a special focus on rural women and youth. Through design interventions, capacity building, market development, and the creation of self-governing mechanisms, we aim to help the artisans grow the community craft clusters in their natural habitat.
